- Thursday 26th Jan:
- 12 Noon: doors open, registration, open juggling
- 1pm: official opening
- 1pm-6pm: open juggling, workshops
- 6pm-late: Welcoming BBQ at the Venue
- Friday 27th Jan:
- 11am-6pm: open juggling, workshops
- 7pm-late: Sirkus Circus (Public) Show at the Factory Theatre
- Saturday 28th Jan:
- 11am-7pm: open juggling, workshops
- 9pm-very late: Renegade Show (open stage)
- Sunday 29th Jan
- 11am-7pm: open juggling, workshops
- 2pm: Juggling Games

Pre-Convention Events
Pre convention events happening in and around Sydney:
- Newtown Jugglers goes off every wednesday night from 7:45pm to 9:30pm (then to the pub for drinkies). Be there on the Wednesday if you are in town early.
